The word "Mercy" ( Reham ) is rarely used in Indian action movies. By keeping "No Mercy" in the title, the Hindi version markets itself as an international standard. It is better than the top Bollywood films because Bollywood rarely allows its hero to fail this badly. The protagonist in No Mercy does not win. He suffers. That nihilism is rare and addictive.
