The I.G.I.-1 modding community is small but dedicated. Over the years, fans have released several trainers and memory-editing scripts. However, the last official patches for I.G.I.-1 were released in 2001. Any "updated" trainer is simply a re-packed or re-coded third-party tool, not an official release.
To understand why the IGI 1 trainer is so legendary, you have to remember what it was like to play the game "legitimately" in the early 2000s.
