This is a DirectX/Visual C++ architecture mismatch. Go to the _Redist folder inside your install directory. Run DXSETUP.exe and vcredist_x64.exe & vcredist_x86.exe . The game needs BOTH 32-bit and 64-bit runtimes.

This is a famous Windows 10/11 bug. Navigate to Documents\Medal of Honor\Config\ and open MoHSetting.ini . Change Fullscreen = true to Fullscreen = false .
