Assuming you have secured the software depot or installation media, here is how to install SAS 9.4 on Windows.
Install Oracle JRE 8 (64-bit) and set JAVA_HOME environment variable.
If you downloaded a zip file or a series of zip files, you must extract them to a folder on your hard drive (e.g., C:\SAS_Depot ). The installer must be run from a folder structure, not directly from a zip archive.
