After a car crash, a blind girl named Tammy is admitted to Wucaipa General Hospital alongside several injured members of a local basketball team. Tammy, unknowingly carrying an alien parasite, passes the infection to a candy striper named Janine via a kiss. The infection quickly spreads through the staff, turning the nurses into sexually aggressive "body snatchers" who lure men into cocoons to breed an alien race. As the facility is placed under a strict military quarantine, the surviving students must find a way to escape before they are harvested.
