CUSA06381 is not the Road to Boruto edition. If you want Boruto, Sarada, or the additional story chapter, you will need either the Road to Boruto DLC or the separate CUSA06138 (or similar). However, you can install update patches (pkg files) for CUSA06381 up to v1.08, which add balance changes and costume packs.
