CoolStar SST Audio refers to audio drivers assembled by CoolStar (a developer who provides Chromebook-to-Windows installers and device drivers) for Intel SST/cAVS-based audio hardware found on some Chromebooks and other devices. Installing the correct driver enables sound, microphone, sleep/wake audio behavior, and features like Windows audio device detection when running Windows on Chromebook hardware.
