Cast Away tells the story of Chuck Noland (Tom Hanks), a FedEx employee who is on his way to a company meeting when his plane crashes into the Pacific Ocean. Chuck is the only survivor and finds himself stranded on a deserted island with no signs of civilization in sight. With limited supplies and no way to communicate with the outside world, Chuck must use his wits and resourcefulness to survive.
