Unlocking all characters and modes without a save file requires consistent play. The roster is unlocked by clearing Story Mode multiple times with different characters. For example, beating it once unlocks Roger Jr. , while subsequent playthroughs unlock Anna, Baek, Bruce, Wang, Kuma, Ganryu , Mokujin , and finally Heihachi after nine completions. Devil Jin is unlocked by either completing the Devil Within mini-game or playing 200 matches.
