As a long-time user of VMware's vSAN (Virtual SAN), I've seen firsthand the benefits of hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) in simplifying storage and compute management. However, I was eager to try out the vSAN Witness Appliance, a critical component of vSAN's stretched cluster feature.
